By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and policies.
1. Order & Payment Policy

All orders placed through our website are 100% prepaid.

We accept secure payments via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email and later tracking details once your product is shipped.
2. No Exchange & No Return Policy

At Nityaqala, every product is handcrafted and passes through strict quality checks before dispatch.

We do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons including size issues, color preferences, or change of mind.

Customers are advised to check our size chart, product descriptions, and images carefully before placing an order.

For assistance with sizing or customization, you may contact us via Email or WhatsApp before purchase.
3. Damaged Product & Replacement Policy – Mandatory Unboxing Video
We understand the importance of safe delivery. In rare cases of transit damage, you are eligible for a replacement under the following conditions:

An unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the sealed package.

The video must be continuous, clear, and well-lit, showing:

The unopened parcel
-
The entire process of opening
-
The product and visible damage clearly
-

The damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the unboxing video sent to our official WhatsApp number.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Note: Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution will not be considered as damage.
4. Refund Policy
Nityaqala follows a strict no-refund policy except in the following cases:

Payment Gateway/Transaction Failure:

If your payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds in such cases are usually processed within 5–7 business days by your bank/payment gateway.

Order Cancellation by Nityaqala (Before Dispatch):

In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock unavailability, technical error), the full amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

Approved Damaged Product Claims:

If your damage claim (with mandatory unboxing video) is verified and a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
